ASSEMBLY

NOTE: This adaptor is required to be able to install the

Berco #700240 counterweight kit only.

Install the adaptor (item 1) on the tow hitch (item 2) with

two 3/4 x 1 1/2" hex bolts (item 3) and secure with two

flat washers and nuts.

Tighten firmly.

COUNTERWEIGHT SUPPORT ADAPTOR

INSTALLATION

CAUTION

THIS KIT IS REQUIRED

For your

security and better traction, use

counterweights #700240 (option) which includes

the bracket and six weights (suitcase style) for a

total of 160 lbs. See installation instructions

included with the counterweights.

Install the adaptor

STEP 3

DRIVELINE KIT INSTALLATION:

If required, install the central part of the driveline (item

1) by sliding the spline yoke (item 2) onto the front

spline shaft (item 3). Connect the quick disconnect

yoke (item 4) to the tractor’s P.T.O.

Make sure the spline yoke is well connected to the

tractor’s P.T.O.

NOTE: The driveline kits include a half telescopic

driveline and an extension guard (covers the

driveline) that must be installed when installing the

snowblower or the rotary broom.

DANGER

ANY CONTACT WITH THE ROTATING

DRIVELINE MAY CAUSE DEATH

KEEP AWAY AND NEVER OPERATE WITHOUT:

All extension guards for the tractor and the

driveline in place.

The driveline securely attached at both ends.

Install driveline
